Webhooks

Reseller platform offers integeration via webhooks to recieve different types of events related to the eSIM ordered in the account.

How to configure webhooks?

Webhook events are configured on an ACCOUNT level only and not a per eSIM basis - the configured endpoint will receive the setup event notifications for all eSIMs ordered via the reseller account.

Navigate to ACCOUNT > SETTINGS > OUTBOUND EVENTS > ADD EVENTS

TYPE OF EVENTS

Platform offers 3 types of events which can be configured via webhooks:

1. Usage Alert

2. Product Lifecycle

3. Product Status Change

CONFIGURING AN EVENT

• Step 1 - Navigate to ACCOUNT > SETTINGS > OUTBOUND EVENTS > ADD EVENTS

• Step 2 - Selected EVENT TYPE

  • The dropdown allows the reseller to select the type of event from the list.

• Step 3 - Enter the webhook URL

  • Reseller should enter the endpoint URL where they want the notifications to come.

  • URL won't be accepted without HTTP or HTTPS

• Step 4 - Reseller can choose to leave the optional fields HEADER NAME and HEADER VALUE blank.

• Step 5 - Turn on the button for ENABLE EVENT and SAVE it.
