How to place an order?
Before placing an order, ensure that your company information is up to date, as it is required for invoicing.
You can update this by navigating to: Account → Settings → Company Info
1. Selecting a Destination
Use the Search option to find your desired destination.
Click on the destination from the search results to open the product details page.
The product page is divided into two sections:
Fixed Data eSIMs – Data-limited plans (e.g., 1GB, 3GB, etc.)
Unlimited eSIMs – Unlimited Data plans based on trip duration
2. Choose the product
Review the available plans.
Select the product that best fits your requirement.
Click Buy Now to proceed to Checkout
3. Select the quantity and confirm
On the Checkout page, you can:
Select the number of eSIMs required (maximum 10 eSIMs per order).
Add an optional order note for future reference (e.g., customer name, email, or internal reference).
View the order total, which updates automatically based on the selected quantity.
Once everything is confirmed:
Click Confirm Purchase or Proceed to Payment, depending on the payment mode configured at your account level.
After successful placement, you will see an order confirmation page displaying your order number.
4. Payment Method
ConnectedYou supports two payment modes, based on what has been agreed upon in your contract:
A. Credit Limit (Account-Based)
A predefined credit limit is assigned to your account.
Orders can be placed as long as sufficient credit is available and credit card is saved in the account if the payment mode is set to Credit card.
Once the credit limit is reached, it can be reset by:
Automatically charging the saved credit card, or
Completing a bank transfer to clear the outstanding balance.
You can view:
Available credit limit
Outstanding amount
Order history
under Payment History.
B. Pay Per Order
Pay for each order individually using a credit card at checkout.
No need to save card details in the ConnectedYou system.
Works similar to a standard e-commerce checkout experience.
All order and payment details can be found under Payment History.
