How to find a destination?

1. Search Menu

The Search menu allows you to find your desired destination and view all available eSIM plans for that location.

For each destination, you may see both Local and Regional eSIM options. Each option can be purchased as either:

• a Fixed Data plan, or

• an Unlimited Data plan.

Fixed Plans

Fixed Data plans are available in multiple data sizes:

• 1GB, 3GB, 5GB, 10GB, and 20GB

All Fixed Data plans are valid for 30 days from the date of activation.

Unlimited Plans

Unlimited Data plans offer unlimited data usage and vary based on their validity period, which can range from 1 day up to 90 days.

2. Using the Search

To search for a destination:

• Enter at least 3 characters of the destination name in the Search field.

• Matching destinations will appear in a dropdown list as you type.

3. Selecting a Destination

Once your desired destination appears in the search results:

• Click on the destination to open the detailed product view.

The product page is divided into two sections displayed side by side:

• Fixed Data eSIMs – for data-limited plans

• Unlimited eSIMs – for plans based on trip duration

Fixed Plans Section

This section displays all available Fixed Data eSIMs for the selected destination.

Each plan shows:

• Recommended Retail Price

• Reseller Price (the price you will be charged)

You can select and purchase your preferred Fixed Data plan directly from this section

Unlimited Plans Section

This section allows you to purchase Unlimited eSIMs based on the duration of your trip.

Next to the Number of Days field, you can:

• Manually enter the required number of days (between 1 and 90 days), or

• Use the calendar to select your trip start and end dates.

When using the calendar:

• The system automatically calculates the total duration of your trip.

• The corresponding price is displayed once the duration is selected.

You can then proceed to complete your purchase.
