How to find my order and eSIM?

You can view all your orders and access eSIM details from the Orders section of the platform.

Order History Overview

The Order History page displays the following information for each order:

  • Order Status

  • Total Quantity Ordered

  • Fulfilled Quantity (out of the total ordered)

  • Order Date (all timestamps are shown in UTC)

To quickly locate a specific order, you can:

  • Search using the Order ID, or

  • Apply a date range filter

Order Status Definitions

Once an order is placed, it may appear in one of the following states:

1. Fulfilled

  • All eSIMs in the order have been successfully processed and delivered.

Example: If 2 eSIMs were ordered, both have been delivered.

  • Charges are applied for all fulfilled eSIMs.

  • No further action is required.

2. Partially Fulfilled

  • Only a portion of the ordered eSIMs has been processed and delivered.

Example: If 2 eSIMs were ordered, only 1 has been delivered.

  • You are charged only for the fulfilled eSIM(s).

  • The remaining eSIMs were not processed.

Action Required: To receive the remaining eSIMs, you must place a new order. ConnectedYou does not automatically retry or reprocess unfulfilled quantities.

3. Unfulfilled

  • None of the eSIMs in the order have been processed or delivered.

Example: If 2 eSIMs were ordered, neither has been delivered.

  • No eSIMs are delivered.

  • No charges are applied to the order.

Action Required: Please place a new order for the required eSIMs. ConnectedYou does not automatically retry or reprocess unfulfilled orders.

How to Access eSIM Details

  1. Navigate to Orders from the main menu.

  2. Search for the Order ID (received via the platform confirmation page or API response).

  3. Click on the Order ID to open the Order Details page.

The Order Details page includes:

  • Order status and total amount charged

  • A detailed cost breakdown, including VAT (if applicable, e.g., for Denmark-based resellers)

  • Product name(s)

  • eSIM details with options to:

    • View the QR code on screen, or

    • Download the eSIM QR code as a .png file

Both options include all information required for manual eSIM installation.
