Payment Modes

ConnectedYou supports two payment modes, based on what has been agreed upon in your contract:

A. Credit Limit (Account-Based)

  • A predefined credit limit is assigned to your account.

  • Orders can be placed as long as sufficient credit is available and credit card is saved in the account if the payment mode is set to Credit card.

  • Once the credit limit is reached, it can be reset by:

    • Automatically charging the saved credit card, or

    • Completing a bank transfer to clear the outstanding balance.

You can view:

  • Available credit limit

  • Outstanding amount

  • Order history

under Payment History.


B. Pay Per Order

  • Pay for each order individually using a credit card at checkout.

  • No need to save card details in the ConnectedYou system.

  • Works similar to a standard e-commerce checkout experience.
