Pre-Order Validation

To ensure orders are processed correctly, the platform shows mandatory warning banners when required account information is missing. These banners appear at the top of the screen and prevent users from placing orders until the required details are completed.

A. Credit Card Customers

Credit-card-based accounts must complete the following before any order can be placed:

  • Company Information

  • Credit Card Details

If either of these is missing:

  • A yellow warning banner is shown at the top of the platform.

  • All Buy buttons are disabled.

  • The banner includes a shortcut button directing the user to Account Settings.


B. Bank Transfer Customers

BT customers must complete:

  • Company Information

If this is missing:

  • A yellow warning banner is shown at the top of the platform.

  • Buy buttons are disabled until the information is submitted.


C. When the Banner Disappears

Once the required details are added:

  • The banner is automatically removed.

  • The Buy button becomes active again.

  • Orders can be placed normally.
