Order detail

After placing an order, users can access the eSIM details by navigating to the Orders menu and searching for the Order ID received either from the platform window or the API response.

After clicking on the Order ID, the user will be directed to the order details page, which contains all relevant information, including the eSIM details for that specific order.

• The order status is shown along with the total amount that was charged

  • It further has a breakage, which shows the VAT amount charged, if any for Denmark-based resellers.

• The ordered product name, along with the option to either show the QR on the screen or download the eSIM QR as a .png file, is available
