1. Search Menu

• The Search menu allows users to look up their desired destination and view all the available eSIM products for that location.

• For each destination, both Local and Regional products are displayed, with options to purchase either a Fixed Data plan or an Unlimited Data plan.

Fixed Plans

Our Fixed plans are available in multiple sizes — 1GB, 3GB, 5GB, 10GB, and 20GB — each valid for 30 days from the date of activation.

Unlimited Plans

Our Unlimited plans provide unlimited data and are differentiated by their validity period, which can range from 1 day to 90 days.

2. Using the Search

To search for a destination, the user must enter at least 3 characters of the destination name. Relevant results will appear in the dropdown menu.

3. Selecting a Destination

Once the desired destination appears in the search results, click on it to open the detailed product view. This view will display two sections side by side:

• Fixed Data eSIMs – where users can purchase data-limited plans

• Unlimited eSIMs – where users can purchase plans based on the number of days needed

Fixed Plans Section

This section lists all the available Fixed Data eSIMs for the selected destination. Each plan displays:

• The Recommended Retail Price (RRP)

• The Reseller Price, which is the rate you will be charged

You can directly purchase your preferred plan from this section.

Unlimited Plans Section

This section allows you to purchase Unlimited eSIMs based on your required duration. Next to the “Number of Days” field, users can either:

• Manually enter the desired number of days (between 1 and 90), or

• Use the dynamic calendar to select trip dates.

When using the calendar, the system automatically calculates the total duration based on the selected start and end dates. Once the duration is selected, the price for the eSIM will appear, allowing you to complete the purchase.

3. Buy the product

In case, the payment method set for the acccount is Credit Card then, the user won't be able to place an order without actually registering a card in the account.

Once the user has found the product to be purchased, then they can click on the button "BUY NOW" for that product, which will open the checkout page below where:

• The user has to define the number of eSIMs they would like to order (Kindly note that currently the maximum number of eSIMs allowed to be ordred in a single order is 10).

• Add a note in case they wanna keep a reference.

• It will then show the total amount that will be charged for the order

• In case the reseller is from Denmark, there will be an additional 25% VAT that's charged on top of the order amount
