Order Status

Once an order is placed, it could have the below status:

Fulfilled:

The entire quantity of eSIMs in the order has been successfully processed and delivered. Example: If 2 eSIMs were ordered, both have been delivered.

The corresponding charges are applied for all fulfilled eSIMs.

Partially Fulfilled:

Only a portion of the ordered quantity has been processed and delivered. Example: If 2 eSIMs were ordered, only 1 has been delivered.

  • You are only charged for the fulfilled eSIMs.

  • The remaining eSIMs in the order were not processed.

Action required: The user should create a new order for the eSIMs that haven't been delivered. ConnectedYou does not automatically retry or reprocess unfulfilled orders.

Unfulfilled:

None of the eSIMs in the order have been processed or delivered. Example: If 2 eSIMs were ordered, neither has been delivered.

  • No eSIMs have been delivered

  • No charges are applied for this order.

Action required: The user should create a new order for the eSIMs. ConnectedYou does not automatically retry or reprocess unfulfilled orders.
