List of Products

The reseller can see the list of products that are allowed for purchase here. The product name indicates the destination where the eSIM could be used, the amount of data that is available along with the validity of the package once activated.

Example: United States 5 GB 30 Days

• Destination: This eSIM will work only in the United States

• Available Data: This eSIM comes with a data pack of 5GB (5120 MB)

• Validity: Once the package has been activated, it will work for 30 days from then.

Search for a destination

Apart from the default list the user can search for any specific destination by typing the name in the search field. In case a specific destination is not available, user can reach out to [email protected] to check the reason for the unavailablity of the same.

Destination Type

ConnectedYou offers 2 types of products w.r.t the type of destination:

• Local: If the destination type is Local, it would mean that the product purchased will work in only 1 country for which it has been purchased.

• Regional: If the destination type is Regional, it would mean that the product pruchased will work in multiple countries based on the list of countries provided on the platform.

These are products that will work in multiple countries. The user can click on "+more" under countries to see the full list of countries where that eSIM will work:
