Account Creation

A new account is created by ConnectedYou's customer service team as once your discussions conclude with our sales team, an account will be set up based on the agreed terms and conditions.

You will receive an email notification with the user credentials to set up the account, granting you admin access to the account.

Once the user logs in, they should perform the required account registration actions as detailed below -Update your Company Information, and register a Payment Method.

Step 1: Update your company information

ConnectedYou will send an invoice monthly for the eSIM purchases. The address provided here shall be used for invoicing purposes and should be the registered company information with a valid VAT number. Users can update the details at a later time if required, but the same should be informed to ConnectedYou as well at [email protected].

Step 2: Register a payment method

In case the payment method set for the account is CREDIT CARD, then it is mandatory to add the card before purchasing, as the platform won't allow placing an order if there is no registered credit card in the account.

User may add multiple cards and choose which card is to be used for payments by marking it as default.

If the credit card expires, the user must update a new valid credit card in the account.
