Account Creation
Once discussions with the ConnectedYou sales team are completed, an account is created by the ConnectedYou Customer Service team based on the agreed terms and conditions.
You will receive an email notification containing your login credentials. This initial user will have Admin access to the account.

After logging in for the first time, the Admin user must complete the required account setup steps outlined below.
Step 1: Update Company Information
ConnectedYou issues monthly invoices for eSIM purchases. The company address and details provided here will be used for invoicing purposes.
Please ensure that:
The information matches your registered company details
A valid VAT number is included (if applicable)
Company information can be updated later if required; however, any changes must also be communicated to ConnectedYou at [email protected].

Step 2: Register a Payment Method
If the payment method configured for your account is Credit Limit based on credit card, adding a valid card is mandatory before placing any orders. The platform will not allow purchases without a registered credit card.
Key points:
Multiple credit cards can be added to the account.
One card must be marked as the default for payments.
If a credit card expires, it must be updated with a new valid card to continue placing orders.

Settings Overview
The Settings section allows users to view and manage account-related details, including:
Auth Clients – Generate or view API credentials
Company Info – View or update company and invoicing details
Payment Info – Add, update, or manage credit card information

User Management
Your account can have multiple users.
The first Admin user can add, modify, or delete users.
To add a new user, click the “+ Add User” button at the top of the Users table.
User permissions are managed by Admin users.
